The dynamical coherent potential approximation (DCPA) for one-particle properties of excitons coupled to Einstein phonons is extended to two-particle Green functions by taking the two-particle vertex part into account in a way consistent with the one-particle DCPA. This formalism provides a numerically tractable approximation scheme for optical resonance scattering spectra, including time-resolved emission spectra, in the entire ranges of the exciton-phonon coupling strength and the exciton transfer energy.
