Objective: To observe the effect of Aralia echinocauIis Hand. Mazz Capsula in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Method: Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group received Aralia echinocau Iis Hand. Mazz Capsula (1 capsule each time, 200--300mg / each capsule, 2 times daily), the control group received Finbid (2 capsules each time, 200 mg / each capsule, 2 times daily), 4 weeks for a course of treatment. Result: The treatment group's effective rate was 66.67%, the control group rate was76.67%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), Comparing the pain relief time after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Aralia echinocau Iis Hand. Mazz Capsula in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis shows good efficacy, joint pain can be shortened.
