This paper takes up about the occupation activity of the fishery worker who pursues a handline fishing and recreational fishing guide as a side job in coast ocean space. The various aspects of decision-making and agreement in the scene of a fisheries and resource use are mainly examined there. The example taken up here is a thing about the fishing activities of the fishery company who resides in KOSIMA, MISAKI Town, Osaka Prefecture.
