抄録

 The purpose of this report is to produce a torque sensor that detects the torque applied to a minute diameter. A jig was manufactured to apply torque to a sample with a wire diameter of several mm. When various torques are applied to two FeCoV magnetic samples (φ8.5 mm and φ4.0 mm), the induced voltage tended to increase only for the sample of φ 4.0 mm. Reading this change may be applicable to a torque sensor that can detect the torque applied to a minute diameter.
