Abstract
Vehicle integrated control systems which providing safe driving and danger warning to drivers recently are increasing. Those systems are capable of determining collision risk with a car and obstacles based on informatin from on-board sensors. Vehicle integrated control systems use many sensors and handle data in car. In this study, we propose data integration model for automotive. By using the model, data obtained by selecting some hierarchy has the advantage that will allow efficient data acquisition. We developed a prototype of vehicular data integration model with data stream management framework. Implemented using a PC environment, we research the feasibility of model by measuring the overhead of this system.
