Abstract

The effect on thermal efficiency by increase degree of constant volume has been studied to improve thermal efficiency in high boost, wide range and high rate of EGR diesel engine. Then, possibility of improvement in thermal efficiency by high compression ratio is shown by effective usage of HP-EGR and LP-EGR system.
