Abstract

In recent transmissions， enhanced fuel efficiency considerations call for further weight reduction without sacrificing reliability．In this way， securing the reliability of the bolt fastening is important in designing transmission． This paper proposes the methodology to predict the rotational bolt loosening considering the elastic deformation of the component．
