Abstract
In order to enhance the passenger protection performance in frontal collisions for passenger cars in real world accidents, the car-to- MPDB(Mobile Progressive Deformable Barrier) frontal impact test will be started in EuroNCAP in 2020. In this study, car-to-car crash test was conducted to confirm the validity of the MPDB test method. As a result, we found that there is need to review in the compatibility evaluation method of the MPDB test.
