An Application of ArchiMate based Service Business Modeling Technique for AI Station Staff

Abstract

A service business model method using ArchiMate has been proposed. However, there have been no reports on the application of AI systems to business models. In this paper, we present the results of applying the ArchiMate-based service business model method to an AI station attendant that takes over the duties of manned station attendants at unmanned stations.
