A Case study on Defect Prevention Diagram

Abstract

In order to analyze the comprehensive completeness of business processes, a defect prevention diagram that clarifies not only input-output but also accept conditions, resource conditions, decision conditions, and exception conditions has been proposed. However, issues in applying defect prevention diagrams have not been clarified. In this paper, we clarify the issues and effectiveness of the application of defect prevention diagrams by applying them to specific business processes.
