Communication Measurement Products: Hylable Discussion for visualizing online / offline discussions and Bamiel for visualizing communication spaces

Abstract

We will introduce our communication measurement products focusing on "human conversation" and "communication space," developed and operated by Hylable and used to analyze conversations of more than 70,000 people. Regarding human conversation, we will introduce Hylabe Discussion, a cloud service for real-time visualization of conversations in noisy environments such as schools and corporate meeting rooms. This part includes use cases in elementary school to university classrooms, training for managers, and quantifying organizational communication. For communication space, we will introduce Bamiel, a cloud service that visualizes office conversations in real time using heatmaps. This part includes use cases of an office activation product evaluation and an exhibition analysis. We will also introduce our latest project to visualize the liveliness of parks.
