Abstract
Our newly synthesized polystyrene-polypeptide graft copolymers was found to have the ability to differentiate the subpopulation of rat mesenteric lymph-node lymphocytes, B cell from T cell, in the absence of serum protein (e. g. FCS). The selectivity was revealed to depend on the high order structure of polypeptide segment and on the micro-domain structure of graft copolymer surface.
