We have investigated optimal extracellular matrix, optimal oxygen tension, oxygen supply system and effect of cell stimulating agents for Hollow-fiber cell culture system. Collagen coating surface and positive charged surface have best abilitity of cell attachment and proliferation. The Molt 4 cells were most stimulated by ATP administration.
