Abstract
In order to remove selectively immunoglobulins and complexes, plasma was dialysed and then added with acetic acid, ascorbic acid and glutamic acid. The plasma was dialysed by deionized water with 500ml/min. Dialysed plasma was precipitated, but removal rates in plasma components except IgM were low. When Ph of dialysed plasma was adjusted to 5.0-6.8 with acids, immunoglobulins and complements were precipitated with higher selectivity than albumin. The recovery rates of albumin were 89±2.5% in PH 6.7 and 88±2.1% in PH 5.7. On the other hand, the recovery rates of IgM were 39±5.9% in Ph 6.7 and 38±6.5% In PH 5.7. C3 and Cps recovery rates in PH 5.7 were 24±2.7% and 9.5±1.0%, respectivly. However, the recovery rats of IgG in PH 5.7 was slightly high.
