Glutaraldehyde preserved porcine aortic xenografts have been widely used clinically in the recent years.
Improvement of the hemodynamics after implantation of the grafts and reduction of the thromboembolic episords without anticoagulation have been described in the literatures.
The further observations of their pliability and durability, however, will be necessary on the basis of clinical, pathological and echocardiographic findings.
