Toxity tests for the purpose of using to clinic were performed to confirm the safety of capsule by using mongrel dogs. After all in liver tissue the enlargement of Glisson's capsule and infiltration of inflammatory cells were observed. But in another organs there was no apparent destruction and changes. No notable change of blood disorders was observed. In the experiment of burned capsule into prostata, the change of tissue indicated the degeneration of all and increase of conective tissue. Toxity tests for the purpose of using to clinic were performed to confirm the safety of capsule.
