Various kinds of polymer-anticancer capsulation were studied. A design of needle type capsule used by direct injection to cancered part was investigated, The hardness and strength as a needle were satisfied by designing the copolymer consisting of hydrophilic and hydrophobic component as capsule matrix. The drug release could be controlled by addition of pore-making agent and crosslinking agent, A masking of button-type capsule to increase the efficacy and a preparation of microsphere-type capsule with long durability of efficacy were also investigated and the results were satisfactory. No significant foreign body reaction was observed in implantation of copolymer capsules consisting of diethylene glycol dimethacrylate as a hydrophobic monomer and polyethylene glycol #600 dimethacrylate as a hydrophilic monomer.
