In this study, from the fresh leaves of Metaseqouia glyptostroboides flavonoids were extracted by methanol. A flavonoids among these was isolated by cellulose and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.
The isolated flavonoid was identified by using UV/VIS spectra.
