1. Using the rice cross 'Tokaisenbon x Fujisaka No. 5, ' these experiments have been carried out to clarify the relatives efficiencies of the individual and line selection in bulk method, and to estimate heritabilities, the parent-offspring correlations and the correlations grain yield and the other characters.
