In this study, we developed a system aimed at supporting information sharing among road maintenance managers by enabling simultaneous confirmation of road surface damage and surrounding environmental conditions. The system allows users to visually inspect and pre-assess the on-site road environment in an omnidirectional manner, thereby facilitating the visualization of damaged areas identified during routine patrols. A camera mounted on a vehicle platform captures omnidirectional video and images, which are synchronized with GNSS data to enable road administrators to view both a 2D map and the corresponding omnidirectional footage. The system features browsing capabilities for omnidirectional video and images, as well as functions for data synchronization and archiving. Evaluation of the system by road engineers suggests that it can be effectively utilized for situational assessment during incident occurrences and has the potential to improve operational efficiency in fieldwork.
