The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure Transport and Tourism promote to prevent and preserve maintenance for bridges under rapidly aging infrastracture. Periodic inspection is required for all bridges, but proximity visual inspection currently is not efficient because of lack of money, inspector’s skill and inspectors. Many alternative systems are being developed to solve these problems under this conditions. In this research, "Image Visual Diagnostic System" are proposed to carry out the efficiency bridge inspection, which diagnoses damage by looking at images taken by a super high resolution camera. In this research, we focused on two issues, first one is "the influence of image attributes on diagnostic results" and second one is "the effect of inspection skills on diagnostic results". Proposing system can be solve previous problems around the bridge inspection, then we examine the influence between image attribute and inspection skill. It became clear that results of inspection are not influenced by inspection skills due to precision, recall, and F value are all positive.
