CONSTRUCTION OF MAJOR PUBLIC FACILITIES ON THE TAMA NEW TOWN DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

In Tama New Town which was constructed by new urban residential built-up area development project and land readjustment project, constructing major public facilities was one of the most difficult problems. Therefore new urban residential built-up area development project helped land readjustment project. This paper made it clear what was the rule on major public facilities construction, how long does it take to construct major public facilities and what was the background to this system.
