Abstract
Mobility management (MM) is a transport policy based on communication with “voluntary” behavioral changes. Workplace mobility management encourages changes not only in individual behaviors, but also in corporate behaviors. It also involves high-level encouragement of behavioral changes; “MM policy conductors promote companies to promote behavioral changes.” The “government” has played a critical role in MM deployment which advanced behavioral changes in various levels. This paper clarifies the role played by the government in nationwide deployment of workplace mobility management through workplace mobility management approach by the government.
