Abstract
In this study, we proposed an evaluation process of ITS for problem-solving, which process is developing a logic model based on civil awareness and measuring indicates on logic model. We also applied an evaluation process to a practical case.
From the results, the connection between a problem structure and an effect structure of ITS were logically explained by a proposed process. As well, Measuring civil awareness with logic model, we suggested a possibility to judge the effectiveness of ITS. Therefore, it was possible to select outputs should take priority by quantifying a logic model.
