Abstract
If we develop an estimation method of moving paths using mobile spatial dynamics (quantity of OD) generated from the operational data of mobile phone base stations, it would allow us to capture moving paths on a 24-hour 365-day basis. This study proposed an estimation method of moving paths and compared it with an existing investigation.
This study outputted the area where position signals were observed in the process that produced mobile spatial dynamics and proposed an estimation method of moving paths. Specifically, we devised an estimation method of moving paths that extracted position signals observed during movement to the destination area from the origin area as the pass area and compared the pass area with map information. Through comparing it with an existing investigation, we obtained results that generally match expressway use ratios.
