Abstract
The purpose of this research is to develop a prediction model of take-off time of departure aircrafts and to integrate it to the arrival spacing support tool for enhancing the efficiency of runway utilization at a congested airport where departures and arrivals are operated inter-dependently. By using the integrated model for the case of Haneda airport with south-wind configuration, the effect of the dynamic departure runway assignment is analyzed and the importance of prediction accuracy of take-off time is discussed based on the simulation results.
