Since the railway network is not well-developed in local metropolitan areas, not only walking but also bus use or car use play a major role in accessing railway stations. In this study, we proposed a demand forecast model for the Sendai Subway Tozai Line, considering bus access, at the time of opening and 10 years later. The conclusions are as follows. 1: The importance of considering bus access was shown, 2: We proposed two models, Home Based model and Non-Home Based model, and showed the effectiveness of these models.
