In addition to advances in ICT, the COVID-19 pandemic has greatly accelerated the teleworking trend, and changed people's awareness towards public transport use. In particular, comfort during traveling and waiting is becoming more important, but the evaluation of comfort in transportation nodal and transfer spaces has not yet been conducted. This study conducted a questionnaire survey on users comfort in the nodal and transfer spaces, assuming hypothetical transfer routes. Based on the parameter estimation results of the transfer route selection model, we quantified the psychological resistance of the transfer and waiting environment in the nodal and transfer spaces. Then, the lingerability level of the spaces was evaluated.
