Abstract

The Japanese Maglev has been constructing and the Yamanashi Terminal will be constructed in Yamanashi. It is expected that many people will come to Yamanashi for sightseeing or business purposes by being constructed the terminal in Yamanashi and it will have great economic effects. To achieve that, it is necessary to construct the access transportations from the Yamanashi Terminal to various regions in Yamanashi. In this paper, we try to evaluate it from the Yamanashi Terminal to the Fuji Hokuroku area, which is the largest sightseeing place in Yamanashi. Because the Kofu urban area and the Fuji Hokuroku area are different urban area, we applied the Spatial Computable General Equilibrium (SCGE) model. However previous SCGE model can not apply to small municipalities. So in this paper, we built the Inter municipality input-output table and developed the SCGE model for small municipalities. And we evaluated the access transportation from the Yamanashi Terminal to Fuji Hokuroku area.
