As there has been a growing need for walking due to car-dependent lifestyle and the pandemic health risk, walkable street development is being promoted. The development is more in commercial areas, and there may be more walking opportunities in leisure activities because of the large activity area. However, the activities are likely to be limited inside the facilities, which results in few opportunities for outdoor walking. Therefore, this study aims to examine the impact of street design on willingness to walk and stay outdoors in leisure activities with the video evaluation. We conducted an online questionnaire survey to evaluate various streetscapes around leisure facilities with 360 videos to analyze the relationship between street design and walking willingness. As a result, it was found that the comfort is most influential for the leisure walk in the video evaluation, which is particularly the case of people with more leisure experience.
