Small electric mobility is becoming more popular due to its low environmental impact and high social inclusion potential. It increases transportation options that can be used for a variety of trip types, from short commutes to first- and last-mile connections to transit. In this study, panel analysis was conducted to analyze mobility users’ changes in behavioral patterns across spatial and temporal dimensions. Data was collected through a demonstration experiment in which electric two-wheelers were rented out to participants. This study further evaluated the relationships between behavioral patterns, user attitudes, and personal attributes. The conducted analysis helped gain insights on user adoption as well as the social impacts of the emerging electric mobility services.
