Abstract

In rural areas, it is necessary for local communities to plan and carry out activities to secure living services such as transportation and food delivery. These are called mutual assistance activities. The feasibility of the activities may be influenced by community characteristics such as culture. Therefore, not all communities can carry out these activities immediately. To realize the activities, local governments are required to promote the characteristics to increase the feasibility of the activities. However, what should be specifically promoted is unclear because the relationship between the characteristics and the feasibility of the activities is unknown. In this study, we focus on the psychological safety proposed in the field of organizational behavior as a characteristic. Then how the psychological safety contributes to the feasibility of the activity is examined using multivariate analysis.
