SPECIAL ISSUE: INFRASTRUCTURE PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT (POLICY AND PRACTICE)

Abstract

 This special issue is published as a preparatory issue for the new category of Journal of JSCE (Japanese Society of Civil Engineering), Infrastructure Planning and Management, i.e. IPM, (Policy and Practice), that will be produced in 2023 at the same time that the journal is reorganized. This issue’s objective, target papers and review criteria are same as those of the new category. The papers called for includes those presented in the conference of IPM. In the new Journal of JSCE includes 4 categories related to IPM, i.e, Landscape & Design, History of Civil Engineering, and IPM(Methodology and Technique) and IPM(Policy and Practice). The editorial also includes the purpose of publication for each papers.
