Abstract
It is assumed extensive damage in the Tokyo Inland Earthquakes. At the recovery and rehabilitation of disaster areas, it has been actualized many vulnerabilities such as possibility of restoring damaged houses, lack of the debris management measures, and so on. And further, the importance of clarifying recovery process in life and mind of the victims with special needs is recognized for disaster prevention.
On earthquake disaster in the Tokyo Metropolitan area, we have been examining the debris operation scheme in order to secure the safety and security of citizens. Moreover, we have been proposed the methodology of the emergency debris management measures to keep the community environment.
