Abstract
Near future, the occurrence of earthquakes along the Nankai trough is forecast. Therefore, the risk of fire due to earthquake and multiple simultaneous collapse of a building due to the strong shaking has been pointed out. In particular, in the city with many wooden houses, depending on weather conditions, serious and material and human damage is assumed. Therefore, the authors have developed a fire spread simulation system during an earthquake. So, to target voluntary organization for disaster prevention and fire department personnel and disaster prevention officer in Matsuyama, you have practice of presenting the training, provision and use of the simulation system. And implement a simulation system to Matsuyama fire department, through the survey, and have been researching for the formation of rulemaking to reduce the risk of fire earthquake local government and residents work together.
