Abstract
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has positioned the year 2016 as "the first year of productivity revolution." We have established the “Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Productivity Revolution Headquarters” in order to improve social capital with high stock effect that leads to the advancement of society's overall productivity. We are making efforts to support utilization, progress in the productivity of related industries and the expansion of new markets. Among those productivity revolution projects, we would like to introduce "i-Construction" which aims at drastic productivity improvement through utilization of ICT in such diverse construction production processes as surveying, designing, construction, inspection, maintenance and updating.
