Abstract
In recent years, natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, landslides and disasters occur frequently. In the Kumamoto earthquake that occurred on April 14 and 16, 2016, the maximum seismic intensity of 7 was recorded, and in the Tottori ken Chubu Earthquake that occurred on 21st October 2016, the maximum seismic intensity was recorded at a little less than 6, causing extensive damage It was.
In these natural disasters that occur repeatedly, it is not possible to take advantage of past experiences of disaster, and disaster response of the basic municipalities often does not function sufficiently. For this reason, it is requested again to improve local disaster prevention ability by self-help and mutual assistance of residents independent of the administration.
In this paper, we will examine the real situation of the disaster preventionists who are the part of the local disaster prevention ability, and prepare for the disaster prevention of university students who are indifferent to the disaster prevention seen from there, and describe the problem and measures of disaster prevention consciousness.
