This paper is to clarify a distinctive feature about the triplex relations with politics administration management concerning of the curriculum in Japan, and to point out some problems of politics and curriculum.
First, Dec. 2012, with the change of government from Democratic Party of Japan to Liberal Democratic Party and Komeito, politics participate in a course of study positively, for example, reform of moral education and on expansion of English education. Under the government of Democratic Party of Japan, their policy of education was putting a great deal of effort into conditional preparation on the one hand and keeping contents of education at a distance on the other.
Second, the special project committee on a curriculum has brought about the field making an adjustment of educational interests by stakeholders. There were many adjustments and postponements concerning a curriculum making policy.
Third, through the discussion on talent and competence in the special project committee on a curriculum, some educational problems which were presented politically were placed gradually in a main stream of revision on a course of study. The matter is readership and management of administration with revision on a course of study, that is, the power to build up a network concerning curriculum, and to maintain a centripetal force of many stakeholders. These powers are necessary to maintains relationship between politics and administration with a curriculum.
Fourth, the special project committee on a curriculum improved unbalanced conditions between politics and administration of education temporarily. Under the control of policy lose a triplex harmonize relations with curriculum. The matter is a restoration of between curriculum and policy particularly. To recover a triplex sound relations, it is the problem which constructs a new principle of reciprocity.
