For nearly 20 years since 2001, we have been conducting research and restoring traditional weaving tools and looms, especially restoring bamboo reeds, spinning bast fibers of ramie and hemp, and weaving them. We have conducted literature surveys, measurement survey and interviews with traditional craftsmen to create digital archive of such data and images for next generations. In 2020, due to COVID-19, we started online lectures instead of face-to-face method. This paper discusses, with examples, collecting data, creating digital archive, managing and utilizing such archive via online, from the perspective of "the parties involved in traditional techniques".
