Abstract

In the event of a disaster, a variety of disaster information is transmitted from various organizations via the Internet. However, this information is constantly being changed and updated. Sometimes part of this crucial information is not described on the website or the information itself disappears, leaving some information unavailable if the timing is missed. It is necessary to implement a "digital archive" for disaster information in order to grasp the trends and progress of disasters. In this paper, we introduce a practical example of the comprehensive collection of disaster information on the Internet with "Storm and flood damage in 2019" and describe the issues that emerged.
