Abstract
This study examined the durability of rubber lining sheet applied to the seawater pumped storage power plant. This plant was established for the demonstration test, and had been operated for five years. It was confirmed that there was no leakage of seawater, and that the sealing system of upper pond reminded in sound condition. Through the outdoor-exposure test of the EPDM waterproofing sheets, its durability under the environment of seawater was estimated. And for the premeditated maintenance, we succeeded in evaluating the life span of rubber sheet.
