This paper discusses both results and potentials of applying a BRD method of lecture proposed by Uda to scientific lectures. The results are very successful and also evaluations by students are satisfactory. Fifty percents of the students say that they can concentrate to lectures under the method. This effect can be explain using spare capacity model in the field of psychology, which is often used to explain human abilities of doing two jobs simultaneously. Eighty percents of the students also hope continuing the BRD method. One of issues to be discussed later is developing a new assessment method suitable to the BRD method. One of hopeful candidates would be a portfolio method.
