Abstract
We attempt fundamental engineering education to cultivate the independent intellectual mind using 3-step learning process, experiments, description, and presentation. Most of students tend to actively have got to take a class according to attempts to descript today’ s three points and to present the content of experiments. Student’ s mutual review seems to play a role of restraint with respect each other because of the average score relatively higher.
