In undergraduate education, it is difficult to teach the system development method at regular classes, because there is time constraint. Teachers can explain the type, features of software development method, and development process, etc. However, the lecture can only acquire knowledge. It is difficult for students who have not experienced software development to master the ability actual of system development. In order to solve this problem, we educated the system development method through examinations of citizen support system with collaboration with Nonoichi City and development of prototype system as extracurricular education. In this paper, we report its method and results.
