We have developed a syllabus to inspire proficiency in project management by assigning students multiple small projects of increasing difficulty. This enables them to practice the knowledge they have learned outside of the classroom. After completing this syllabus for second-year students at Kinki University in FY2019, questionnaire responses showed that about 80% of the students became more enthusiastic about project management and gained confidence in utilizing what they had learned in the class. Furthermore, when we conducted this course in FY2020 and FY2021, the results were equivalent to those of FY2019.
