As support for non-regular workers, unemployed persons, etc., a “Life Career Fostering and Employment Support Program for Those Who Want to Acquire IT Skills” was implemented over a period of four months. This report presents an overview of the program and reports on the efforts and results of one of the sub-programs, the “IT Skills Development Program,” as the subject of this report.
