In the next-generation engineering education, various digital transformation (DX) will be planned and realized by using innovative technologies. One of the fundamental factors is data collaboration among educational information systems based on advanced interoperability and refined technical standards. In this paper, focusing on the behaviors to learning objectives and assessment rubrics, it is discussed how the information is utilized in the educational digital ecosystems and what kinds of learning are expected to emerge and open up new horizon. In addition, CASE (Competencies and Academic Standards Exchange), which is a technical standard released by 1edTech Consortium, is introduced with the practices in North America such as CASE Network.
