In order to make students aware of the usefulness of AI and its relevance to their future, we conducted Project-Based Learning (PBL) based on Kolb’ s experiential learning in which students were asked to consider solutions to problems using AI, and to point out and solve problems with AI chatbots. The amount of change of positive responses before and after conducting the PBL regarding the relationship between AI and students’ fields of expertise, and the possibility of idea creation using AI increased compared to the case of not conducting the PBL. Moreover, about 70% of the respondents who experienced the PBL gained valuable knowledge related to the PBL experience through this course.
