W-14 Nurturing of Asian Students in Career Development Course for Foreign Students from Asia

Graduate School of Engineering of Osaka University have performed the education program of “Nurturing of Asian Students in Career Development Course for Foreign Students from Asia” in recent 8 years. The program has aimed the growing up of international students who succeed in Japanese manufacturing industry. The characteristic features are the close collaboration with Japanese manufacturing companies and practical curriculum based on the job education style by a small-class. About 60 students completed the course and most of them work in Japanese top manufacturing companies. We show the features and the results of 2015 academic year in detail.
