It is difficult to detect degradation before a large output decline of photovoltaic by existing methods for detecting degradation, such as current-voltage and electroluminescence measurement. In this study, we evaluated the possibility of early detection of PID(Potential-Induced-Degradation by applying impedance spectroscopy. In addition, we examined the measurement conditions suitable for the detection of degradation.
